INSTRUCTIONS
FOR FILLING UP THE ONLINE EXAMINATION FORM
Please ensure that you have the following documents ready
at hand before you fill the online examination form:
Scanned copy of candidate and father/ gaurdian signature in
JPEG / PNG / GIF format (File size should not exceed 70 KB).
Scanned copy of Passport Size Color Photograph in JPEG / PNG
/ GIF format (File size should not exceed 70 KB).
An active e-mail account & a mobile number for receiving
the examination related alerts.
Credit Card/ ATM – cum – Debit Card/ Net Banking/
UPI Details.

back to the candidate's account within 5-8 working days time.
Online examination form once submitted sucessfully, the fund cannot
be refunded.
